What Software do you use for your projects?
CDHardesty can work along side you or completely take the task off your hands and provide you with a finished product, so it's important for you to know how our visual tools are produced. We utilize the following:
2D floor plans and elevations - Autocad
3D modeling and perspective bases - Sketchup
Photorealistic Rendering Software - Mydoma Visualizer

How do you charge?
All projects are based on an hourly rate, contact us with your project information to learn more!
What is your typical turnaround time?
For small projects like floor plans, elevations and individual 3D models plan on a 3-4 day turnaround.
For large projects like renderings plan on a 1 week turnaround time
What services do you provide?
3D renderings, 2D renderings, Custom 3D models, Seamless Textures, Floor Plans, Elevations, Electrical Plans, Space Planning
What do I need to provide you with?
Drafting Services
- a sketch of the space including dimensions, windows and doors noted
- links to furniture or sizes included in the sketch
- for millwork an inspiration picture or a sketch of exact dimensions
- Business logo for the titleblock
Renderings
- a floorplan with furniture location noted
- ceiling height
- existing photos
- concept board
- links to furniture and finishes
How does payment work?
We utilize Paypal for invoicing but you are welcome to utilize the following options as well:
