This process includes in-depth analysis of how a person will use floor space and even vertical space once the project is completed, taking into consideration existing components, remodel goals, and even ADA accessibility.
This service is best utilized for when you have an idea of what you want but just need to put it on paper and offers detailed guidance to the Do it Yourselfer or your own contractor.

Inspiration images are the easiest way for me to see what your design goals are. When you work with CDHardesty Designs on an e-design project you get your own private board for us to collaborate through so I can get a better idea of what you like and don't like.

A good interior design plan starts with great measurements. The better they are, the less hiccups down the road. A sketch with all the permanent fixtures noted with dimensions is all I need to create a floor plan for you.
The Design Process
COMMUNICATION
QUESTIONNAIRE
Once you have taken the first step to achieving a well designed space I will contact you with a questionnaire which will help me get a better idea of who you are and how you live.
CONSULTATION
Once you have sent the questionnaire back to me, along with your measurements, photos and inspiration I will schedule either an in home consultation (local to Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers or Zionsville, IN) or phone consultation with you. This is a great time for us to discuss the project and get any questions answered.
After the initial phone consultation you have unlimited email correspondence with me in regards to your project with 2 additional weeks once your e-design has been completed. All design visuals will be sent to you via email for you to review and approve.
INITIAL PLANNING PHASE
This phase will be used to take the information gathered and compile those ideas into options to narrow down your e-design for the next phase.
FINAL PLANNING PHASE
In this phase I will take your feedback from the initial planning phase to create your final presentation documents, depending on which package you purchased.
